Our Services
Thorough home inspection
We inspect the property and provide our professional opinion about the visible major structural, mechanical, and electrical elements of the property, in compliance with the New Jersey standards of practice (N.J.A.C. 13:40-15.16).
Radon Testing
We can also administer a radon test at the time of the inspection. We use an activated charcoal canister to measure the concentration of radon gas on the property. At the end of the testing period we seal the canister and send it to the lab for analysis. The results are forwarded to you by email.
Wood Destroying Insect Inspections
Additionally, we can provide a visual wood destroying insect infestation inspection. We do a visual inspection to find the source of any infestation and determine whether there is structural damage. The Wood Destroying Insect Inspection Report is provided on an NPMA-33 form.
